What we do

Six trades, from the concrete up

The ground your property sits on, the yard around it, the rooms inside it and the floors a business runs on — one company for all of it.

Built for Phoenix homes, not generic ones

A lot of the Valley is tract housing from the eighties and nineties, and those houses have their own habits. Slab foundations that move. Stucco that cracks where the sun hits hardest. Ductwork routed for a floor plan nobody uses that way anymore.

Then there's the heat. A hundred and fifteen degrees for weeks at a time changes how adhesives cure, how caulk holds and how paint goes on. Work scheduled without accounting for it comes back as a callback in October.

We plan around all of it — the season, the house, and the fact that you still have to live there while the work happens.

Our work

Finished, not nearly finished

These are our jobs — poured, planted, remodeled and maintained. The difference shows up in the details, and in whether the last ten percent ever got done.

Kitchen remodel with black cabinets and gold hardware
Floor scrubber working the aisles of an open store
Crew screeding a fresh concrete pour level

How it works

From first call to final walkthrough

We come and look

We visit, measure, and talk through what you actually want out of the space. No numbers over the phone before we've seen it.

Written estimate

You get the scope and the price in writing — what's included and what isn't. If something changes later, you hear it from us first.

We build it

One crew, working clean, with the site protected. You'll know what's happening each day without having to chase anyone for an update.

We walk it together

At the end we go through the work with you. Anything that isn't right gets fixed before we call it done.

FECS Enterprises

We're Francisca Carranza's company, based in Phoenix and working across the Valley since 2013. The range is the point: we pour the concrete, build the yard on top of it, remodel the rooms behind it — and for businesses, we keep the floors clean long after the build is done. See all six services and where we work.

What we care about is the part most people find out about too late: whether the scope was clear, whether the crew showed up, and whether the last ten percent of the job actually got finished. That's usually the difference between a remodel you're glad you did and one you'd rather not talk about.

We work in English and Spanish, and we'll tell you straight when something isn't worth doing or isn't work we should be taking on.

Questions

What people ask first

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, measure, and give you the scope and price in writing. There's no charge and no obligation to go ahead.
How long does a concrete pour or a remodel take?
Concrete runs on its own clock — the pour is quick, the cure is not, and we schedule around weather so it cures right. A bathroom is usually a couple of weeks; a kitchen is longer. You get a timeline with the written estimate and hear immediately if anything shifts.
Can I stay in the house while you work?
Usually yes. We protect the areas we're not working in and clean up at the end of each day. For a whole-home renovation it's worth talking through — some stages are easier if you're not there.
Do you clean commercial buildings too?
Yes — that side of the company keeps stores, gyms and businesses maintained on a schedule, including scrubbing and polishing the floors with our own machines while you stay open. Ask about a recurring schedule for your space.
Do you handle the demolition and clean-up?
Yes, both. Demo, haul-away and final clean are part of the job, not an extra you find out about later.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes — English and Spanish, whichever you prefer for the walkthrough and for the estimate.
What happens if you find a problem behind the wall?
We stop and tell you before doing anything about it. On older Valley homes it happens — old plumbing, bad wiring, water damage. You'll get the options and the cost before we carry on, never after.

We'll come out, look at the space, and put the price in writing. No obligation.
