Desert yards, cleanups, turf and full outdoor makeovers — Mesa, Maricopa County.
Mesa keeps building in one direction while it settles in the other. East Mesa is still putting up new houses with bare dirt yards that need a plan from scratch. West Mesa is decades in, with old grass lawns from a wetter era of landscaping that owners are converting to desert planting one yard at a time. FECS does both kinds of job in the same week, sometimes on the same day.
A new-build yard in East Mesa starts with nothing — grading, a drip line laid out before a single rock goes down, plants chosen for a lot that has never had shade on it. A conversion in West Mesa starts with tearing out grass that has been there since the house was built, and figuring out what the old irrigation can still be used for and what has to be capped off. Both end in the same kind of desert yard. They do not start from the same place, and FECS prices them differently for that reason.
Inside, outside, and the concrete under all of it — one company since 2013.
