The information on this site about services and areas is published in good faith and can change. Nothing on this website is a contract or a binding offer. The price that counts is the written estimate you receive for your specific job.
An opinion given from photos is an opinion based on what we were shown. The real estimate comes after seeing the job in person, in writing. Work sometimes uncovers conditions nobody could see — what is under a slab or behind a wall. When that happens, the change gets discussed and priced in writing before that part continues.
Start dates and the expected length of the job are agreed before work begins. Concrete has its own clock — pours are scheduled around weather and cure times, and moving a pour date is normal, not a delay. For commercial work we plan around your operating hours.
Say so — ideally while we are still there. If you notice something afterwards, call or message and we will come back and look at it.
