Kitchens, bathrooms and commercial spaces, start to finish — Phoenix, Maricopa County.
Phoenix is really two remodel markets wearing one city name. North Mountain and the rest of the northern edge keep adding newer housing stock every year, while the older grid closer to downtown ages in place — and FECS Enterprises works both sides, because the jobs are not the same. A kitchen in a house built last year needs different work than one that has been through three prior owners and at least one bad renovation.
The remodeling work itself runs from full kitchens — cabinets, counters, layout — to bathrooms with a tiled shower pan built from scratch, to plank flooring installed room by room. FECS also remodels commercial restrooms, which come with their own rules about fixtures, access and how much a business can afford to have out of service at once. Every job starts with Francisca Carranza looking at the space in person and a written estimate before any work begins.
An older home near North Mountain or further into the central grid often has plumbing, framing or a slab that does not match what is behind a newer wall in a north Phoenix subdivision, and that difference shows up the moment a kitchen or bathroom gets opened up. FECS treats those as two different starting points rather than one standard remodel checklist, which is part of why the in-person look happens before the estimate, not after.
Inside, outside, and the concrete under all of it — one company since 2013.
