South Scottsdale's houses mostly went up in the 1960s and 70s, and as younger buyers move into that housing stock they're remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and floors that haven't been touched since. North Scottsdale is a different job entirely — newer, larger homes where a remodel is more about updating a finish than replacing something worn out. FECS Enterprises works both ends of that split.

Yes. Older Scottsdale homes are a large part of what the crew remodels — kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets and flooring included. Francisca looks at the house in person first so the written estimate covers what's actually there, not a guess.

Do you take on commercial remodels too, or only houses?

Both. FECS Enterprises has remodeled commercial bathrooms and interior spaces as well as houses — the process is the same in-person look and written estimate either way.
