Kitchens, bathrooms and commercial spaces, start to finish — Tempe, Maricopa County.
Tempe has been landlocked since the 1990s, so there is no new subdivision coming to solve the problem of an outdated kitchen or a cramped bathroom — the only way most people here get a better house is to remodel the one they already have. A lot of that stock is the ranch-style block homes built through the 1960s and 70s in neighborhoods like McClintock and South Tempe, with layouts and fixtures original to the decade they went up in. We take those kitchens, bathrooms and full interiors down to what is worth keeping and rebuild from there — cabinets, tiled shower pans, plank flooring — plus the same work for commercial spaces that need a fit-out.
An older Tempe house rarely remodels clean — a kitchen job usually turns up plumbing or wiring from a decade before the one the cabinets are from. We walk the space in person before writing an estimate, so what gets found is priced as a possibility, not billed as a surprise halfway through.
Inside, outside, and the concrete under all of it — one company since 2013.
